In a room with a generous ceiling height, the opportunity was taken to create a 9 m² mezzanine to serve as a home office. This solution not only provided a comfortable workspace but also enhanced the interior architecture.

Access is via a wooden staircase, clad and protected, which blends harmoniously into the environment. Making use of the under-stair area, a cabinet facing the kitchen was integrated to provide extra storage without compromising aesthetics.

For added convenience, a dual-function central vacuum system was installed: a floor inlet allows immediate cleaning of swept debris, while an outlet for the vacuum hose ensures greater practicality.

Thus, in addition to the mezzanine office, the project also delivered extra kitchen storage and a modern cleaning solution.
